Most products are eligible for a 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund. Please note that the product must be sent back to us, at your cost.

* ONLY faulty or damaged items are eligible for refunds. Any requests for refunds will not be accepted, should you have changed your mind. 

* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it will not be refunded.

* Downloadable products

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We reserve the right to accept or refuse a refund. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
